I loaded Windows 10, START MENU quit working so Microsoft Techs fixed that but did not transfer data. I thought that is ok as I have this new external drive-oops nothing there.Called Tech, he pointed out that I did not enable it. NO MANUAL???? Cost me $111.00 to have a service find my data and retrieve it. Not Happy
