Web page needs to be corrected

Web site stated it was XP compatible, but it is not . I called WD to see if there were drivers or some other software available to use it to back up my XP machine, but there is not.

Apparently, all one needs to do is download the right driver, and it should work, but not for me.

Had some dificulty with it

However Shaata Computer Repair recovered all my data that was on it and now able to still use it. Just be careful how you plug it in

OK, after you get it to work.
