Great product, but scratches easily.

I have left it in the case 100% of the time I am not using it and somehow it has three huge scratches on it that are very noticeable on the metal. The hard drive works great, and although the design looks good it's not practical.

Dents easily
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I prefer the plastic enclosures to the the metal enclosures. The metal WD used is very thin and dents easily. Even with extreme care, the drive gets all dinged up and begins to looks like crap.

Easy to install, great specs, great price

Definitely will depend what you are using it for but for size and price, easy of use, and spec not too many can beat. I am using it solely for my Ps4 external hard drive. I want to free up space on internal hard drive and instead of swap out internal decided to go this route with the most recent update.

Happy with choice

So far so good and, in comparison to the many other external drives with similar storage capacity, I'd say this feels more durable and conversely is perhaps a touch heavier. In fairness to those who read these reviews, I don't give five stars because I don't know long-term how the product will hold up. But I will say that I am extremely pleased with this drive thus far.

The storage is big enough to store almost an unlimited amount. Pictures, videos or files, it holds it all!
