Shiny little with big storage. I recommend to buy it.

It amazes me just how easy it is to use this external hard drive. It holds more than my whole darn computer! LOL

I like the Storage for my picture and and documents

This drive has a great capacity (2TB) and zips through all my server backup jobs. I have it connected to a Synology NAS via USB 3.0, and according to my NAS, the copying speeds are almost always over 100MB/s. While there are probably faster and less bulky options out there, this one fits me and my needs quite nicely. Just a quick note: If you're looking for a supremely portable external drive, there may be smaller, lighter options.

Back ups are easy and easy to find files in the back, no need to do full restore. Drive looks great.

Plug and play to a new desktop running Windows 10 and utilizing a New Samsung 512GB SSD PCIe as my primary drive. Makes very little noise and runs cool. So far no issues and none anticipated.

This hard drive does the job that we purchased it for.

I was initially looking at the non-metal drive of the same brand and size. After comparing the differences and speaking with some friendly and knowledgable store personnel, I decided it was well worth the $10 difference to move up to the metal edition. The performance is flawless, it looks great and with the durability of the metallic casing, I expect to use this for years to come. Great product from the best name in external drives.

I was in need of large duplicate storage for my photos and videos and bought this after reading reviews on this. The WD storage device appears sturdy and the brushed aluminum case looks elegant. Have had this for about a month now. Happy with it so far. Data transfer rates are reasonable, but then, I was looking for a reliable drive for long-term storage of data and transfer rate was not a primary criteria.

The mass storage device that I purchased from Best Buy is a quality item, I did a lot of reviewing on storage devices online and read reviews. This one was a great price for the storage it had (2TB) and it has worked great so far. A password can be set to where it must be entered and you can change the settings to even make this not happen on certain devices. You can put all important information in this device!

We bought this drive to back up video and photo files. USB 3.0 speedy transfer and drive mounts and spins quickly. 2TB is nearly full with our treasured files backed up and no problems whatsoever.

My Passport is lightweight, compact, and very durable. I shoot video for a living and it's so convenient for a person like me who's always on the go . I am able to quickly upload my video files within the 2TB storage space and feel safe knowing that it's protected within the metal casing. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to store important files, especially multimedia type files.
