We had been playing with cloud based back up. But We were not satisfied. This little unit after some set-up issues (good support) works like a charm. Terabites of datat that we'll never use.

This is very useful, specifically on travel and vacation. No need to worry about the memory card getting corrupted or phone not having enough, my Wife and I back up all photos on this gadget.

I was surprised to see it had its own SD card reader and WiFi. Purchased this so we could quickly and easily offload the images from our Go Pro. So far it has not let me down.

I use this to xfer from my Sony camera to my HD then to my ipad since Sony cameras cant send videos to the ipads. Easy to use

Brought this with me overseas to transfer photos from my camera. It worked well but its hard to tell if you for sure have gotten all your files off of the card. At least for me there was no indicator when it had finished (on screen). I was able to get all my files transferred and it worked well. So the only thing I would suggest is when using it make sure that all your files transfer.

I love this lil' device. Its changed how I manage images. Prior to buying this, I had sim cards all over the place. This makes it easier to quickly transfer images to a backup or share images.

This item works great for saving photos from an ipad via wifi.

Simple to setup and use. Store your information, use it to charge your device through the USB port, and use to extend your WiFi. I’ve had no complains thus far.

I use this on vacation to download daily and free up the cameras for the next day of pictures and videos. We then sort through them at the same time on multiple devices on the way home.

I love the Hard drive. I wouldn't say it lasts as the estimated time but this drive still holds a strong battery life. Definitely considering on buying another.

Great price for what it is. Love the built-in Plex server. I use this for my home theater system most of the time, but I also have the flexibility to bring it on road trips.

Read up on this product and waited until it was at a price I wanted. Set up was easy. Have uploaded all my photos to date. In a way it's not an item to carry with you all the time as it has a little weight and size 6"x 6" 7/2" width makes it inconvenient to put in camera bag with other equipment. Overall love it as I have another source for storing photos.

Item comes highly recommended for functionality. I really wanted to keep it because of that - wanted a quick and reliable device to backup my large raw photos while on trips, but device is just too heavy to justify lugging on vacation. Went with the Kingston Mobilite Pro instead.
