Bought this after the previous item, My Passport, went bad and could not be opened up. I was sad to lose the files after my purchase of the My Passport, but was not willing to pay $500 to send it off to be repaired.

Bought this hdrive while on sale. I use it for transporting files between home and work and figured that being a "game drive" it can take the minor bumps of everyday travel. No hiccups in performance so far.

Purchased as a backup for my PS4 and move all of my game saves to a new system. Quite literally plug and play. Great idea if you have more save data than your system has onboard.

I've had this drive for almost 2 years now and haven't had any problems.

Ran out of space on my infinitely small PS5 console SSD and desperately needed a cost-effective, high speed solution for my previous-gen library. This fit the bill. I have over 25 titles downloaded and plenty of space to spare.

I am so glad we bought this. My son has purchased a lot of PS4 games directly on his PS and with this, we still have all of the memory on the game system. Now he can buy more games and not worry about losing them or running out of memory.

Rugged hard drive with great capacity and price. However it is not "fall proof". Hard drives are not meant to be dropped so please do not drop it. It is strong for normal use and does not have a delicate plactic cover that will crack with a slight mis use. Great price, great capacity. Not SSD so do not expect great speeds... but great for backups.

Best add on to my PS5 to store all my PS4 games. Specially since the PS5 really only has about 600gb of storage. Hopefully they will have the extra M.2 drive operational before more PS5 specific games come out.

Very rugged, works as expected. Love the aesthetics, put all of my cold storage type of documents "papers from college" to free up space for my games on my ssd's in the computer.

I was able to install Mac OS on here. The speeds on my computer are at around 950 mbps! I originally had the fusion drive on my iMac and this SSD made my computer boot up and run faster. In addition, my games, like Elder Scrolls Online, have been running smoothly even though I only have 8 GB Ram. So far this SSD has not failed on my yet. I have had it since March.
