I bought this for my sons PS4 to increase the storage. It is definitely one of the better external storage devices since it is truly meant for gaming platforms and has increased uploading and downloading.

A great hard drive so far. I've had previous issues with several Seagate hard drives including a solid state drive that I purchased a while back. So far I have not had any issues and hope that all my game storage stays intact with this drive.

Needed the extra storage for my Xbox One games! Great hard drive, Great Price! Don't have to remove any games from my Xbox now, just install and play!

This has been my edit drive on a project for a month or so now, and it's working great! No complaints! As long as it doesn't spontaneously combust or suddenly stop working, the review stands.

Bought for PS5. Works great. So much memory available

I use this as external storage for several game consoles. I do not use it as a game drive. I haven't had the need. I upgraded my ps4 internal drive to a 1tb ssd. This drive is a reliable drive, fast with a SS usb port. It feels warm, not hot after a 450gb transfer. I highly recommend.

This external hard drive is very rugged and easy to use; definitely so glad that I got it. If you're asking yourself if you want to spend just a few extra bucks for it, do it you won't regret it.

Dont let the title fool you i love the product have almost all my sp4 games downloaded on it and i still have almost a whole terabyte left very satisfied

I have it on my Xbox and it still runs good has a great amount of storage and it’s pretty good.

Your ps5 storage is low? Call Of Duty if taking all your memory. Install this and fear no more. Be ready to have all the games you need at a fingertip

I don’t see a problem with it. I have the same one but 5TB for my PlayStation 5. On the Ps5, I store my PS4 games on it. For the Xbox Series S, it works just fine with games not upgraded for Series S and X.

Good value considering the amount of storage available compared to the $220 seagate expansion option. Holds a good number of game pass games and allows me to save the internal storage space on the Xbox series x for most frequently played games

Had another wd ,”non black” external That crapped out. Paid minimal to upgrade to the “black “ lineup, and so far so good. Using it for a ps4 backup/storage device. Happy so far. Best Buy warranty saved my pocket book tho. Get it. It’s worth it if the device craps out.

One of the best hard drives out there. I keep buying my son the xbox hard drive for his Xbox 1 and the hard drive would go back in about 90 to 180 days. After buy this drive and connecting it never had an issue since.

For a HDD, and the price, I can’t complain. I purchased this particular hard drive for the PS5. I just put the PS4 games on the hard drive to free up storage on the Ps5. It’s discreet, plug in when you need it, store away when you don’t!

This external drive is very easy to use I have no issues with it definitely does what it needs to do on a game and it's very fast

i do a lot of photography. picked up one of these as a storage drive and i love it. its not the fastest drive but it gets the job done. its rugged, durable, and not boring to look at. I highly recommend if you need a drive

I used this to backup data on my PS4. The process is really simple and it provides a lot of external storage. Just format it from a computer and plug it in to the PS4 and it's ready to go. The device is also very sturdy. Nice to know I have a backup for games.
