||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed, this should be allowed replace any HHD or SSD by using the head plug & play (only 2.5 size) also it should be noted that what if it is damaging or defensive or any of those happen in future that should allowing customers to be able take apart and replace with any kind of devices and must be able to use the SATA (plug & play) with only 2.5 size that only way to get it working... If any of you or customers have 3.5, do NOT plug with that because that might cause damage to the (plug & play) because of 3.5 need lots of power in order to make it work... I hope anything that would help you or any of your people... If you really want that products be able to get replace with upgrade or replace damage with new one without buy whole unit is Seagate and some companies allowing any of you do that but some of these companies like this one is worst idea ever that many of us, you, and your guys need to stay away! Happy Merry Christmas, Happy New Year to you and any of your guys! P. S. Please remember to make sure you or any of your guys need to be aware and must NOT have plug in while you or any of your guy work on those devices (not this one product, take advantage of suggestion and save your money!

drive stopped working two days after purchase

Great external hard drive and even greater price
