    There is a problem with one of the four burners at no fault of the assemble team, a Service tech said burner one is defective when he evaluated the grill

    Service was excellent, they came, set it up and everthing. Very efficient. Everything came when expcected. My one complaint is that the thermometer on the outside does not work, so I cannot read the temperature. Thank you

    Fantastic grill! Large grill area. The “sear” burner works great. It is everything I could want in a grill. I think it is comparable to fancier grills costing hundreds/thousands more
