We had the inconvenience that one of the side panels in the box was for a different model but I contacted customer service and in 5 minutes they took care of it, and send us a new panel.

Not yet in use!

Bought it as a Floor Model "Completely assembled" at a discount. When I tried to light the grill I noticed the hose to the side grill was not connected. Have to get an Assembly Team appt to get it fixed.
