We have 2 carriers and if in a remote area can only tune into 1. Weboost recommended getting the omni directional antenna. This unit would work best as it is designed for home use. However it is cheaper to buy this and then buy the Omni directional separately.

But when I ran through my attic at a greater distance I got nothing. I triple checked all connections and also rebooted system multiple times and wouldnt work at all.

This has been the answer in many situations. Just remember, you have to have SOME signal to be able to boost it. Nothing from nothing leaves nothing.

But even still, I was a bit disappointed. Im sure it it works great in certain locations, but you definitely want to test it for a couple days and then decide. I ended up going with a samsung/verizon booster that was even quite a bit cheaper.

Now we can make calls and watch videos with no issues. Family says it sounds really clear when we talk. Definitely worth the money and would recommend this product.

After going through the set-up process, which was fairly easy, I located the cell tower my phone was getting it's signal from and directed the outside antenna as per instructions. Our download speed improved by a minuscule amount, while our upload speed and ping rate both dropped. I tried a variety of antenna adjustments as directed and also redirected it to the next closest tower, with even worse results. For the cost of this unit, I would have expected much better results. Overall, I felt is wasn't worth the cost and returned the device.
