Didn't work for me. I'm sure that it is not the device or the makers fault The location I was trying to use it at has very little to no service depending on where in the house or outside that you stand. I couldn't get service.

Bought this booster when we discovered cable wasn't available at our new house and we couldn't get a data signal on the cell phones. After installing and some aiming, we now get a good solid two bars of LTE signal in the house. Installation was pretty straightforward and took just over an hour.

Improves low signals as expected but not as much as we'd like.

Works great everyone should buy it must have in your home

Weboost greatly improved cell phone reception making email easier to retrieve and quicker downloads but not strong enough to link a computer to the cell phone to access internet that way. Need to affix the external antenna to the roof or other high point

Good product but can't get maximum boost due to continual recycling of signal.

If it wasn't for the booster, I wouldn't be able to sit in my home, type this up and send it via iphone. This booster has definitely made my life a lot less aggravating because I'm not dropping service every few seconds. It does what it says it will do.

Meh. Will show all four panel lights lit and green, but no service on my phone. When my phone has service already, then WeBoost will provide service. So what’s the point?

Be bought a boater from another company 6 months ago, needing another one for a different location and Best Buy being near we gave his one a shot. You have to be RIGHT NEXT to the booster to get a signal. Not so impressed

We purchased this because we live in a very rural area and our cell phone reception was spotty at best. After installation we are able to use our cell phones anywhere in the house instead of having to stand in one place and still drop calls.

Works well. It's important that the antennas don't see each other. This can be done with vertical and/ or horizontal separation. (Both is better) If there is metal between them that's even better.

This product didn’t work! After 2 hours fir installation, there was no change in my cell phone signal! So disappointing. I will be returning this.

The range for the device is not accurate. It works if the device that needs a signal boost is next to it. More than 5 feet away the weboost is worthless.

Living in the country i have limited cell service, buying this was a last ditch effort with verizon because i was about to switch to AT&T. (ended up doing this anyway and having great 4G service at my house with AT&T) I had about 1 bar of 3G before and had 3 sometimes 4 bars of 3G with the booster. Not really worth the money in my case, Make sure to follow the installation instructions on placements when putting the antenna up or it wont work at all xD

All the reviews were great but it just wouldn't work in this house. However, I gave it a 5 star rating because once again, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE when I brought it back. No hassle returns make shopping at Best Buy a pleasure!

We were not able to use our cell phones in our home for calls. Texting was somewhat problematic. Now that we have installed this booster antenna we have no problems making calls or texts. It works great!

This was exactly what I needed to extend service and it worked as described. Easy to install. The customer service rep who helped me make the decision to purchase knew what he was talking about.
