I am sorry that the booster did not work for you. I'm not sure what your circumstances were when setting up the booster since i'm not sure if the outside antenna was moved or adjusted. The outside antenna is going to be the most important to move if there's not enough signal at that location. You may have to set the antenna higher if your signal is too low since that can help the antenna receive signal as well. The inside antenna does not have a large range either, meaning that a weaker signal you'll have to be close to the inside antenna to experience coverage.
