Customers are saying

Customers regard the Home 4G Cellular Signal Booster favorably for its ability to improve signal strength, ease of use, and call quality. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the installation process being time-consuming, the price being a bit high, and the coverage area not meeting expectations. Additionally, a few customers have noted that the device tends to get hot during operation and that the range is not as accurate as advertised.

Have to play around with inside antenna to get good signal throughout the house. I mounted everything in the attic after trying it out inside the house with antenna outside. Works just as good with everything in the attic. Including outside antenna. My biggest complaint is I have to go to airplane mode, then off sometimes to get my phone to connect to unit. I have a samsung droid. My wifes iphone does not have the same problem.

I looked on line, checked the products with several manufactures and had several chats with them, The price from Best Buy was as good as any and better than buying direct from the manufacturer. It works, not as good as high speed internet but it did boost the signal as advertised and the Best Buy people were very helpful.

Much impressed with this booster. I was unable to text or make calls from inside my mountain getaway. I had to stand in front of the door or out on the front deck to use the phone. Once this booster was installed I am able to send texts, make phone calls and actually have better 4G than when I am at home in the suburbs. Apparently your carrier makes a difference as my grandson had no service until miles away.

Working from home has us spread all over the house and the lowest level was an AT&T dead zone. Installed this and now text messages go through immediately and calls are better but not great. Still dropping calls if you move around while in the phone. Calls aren’t missed anymore. Important to know where the closest tower is and keep testing the signal during installation and base placement inside to get best results. Hardest part was getting the cable outside and attaching to brick exterior.

We live in a rural area, on the outside fringe of the Verizon signal tower. I was quite frustrated dropping calls, sometimes four times during a conversation. A friend suggested this device. What a difference it has made. No dropped calls!

My cell phone signal at the house kept getting weaker where i started having problems calling out and couldnt use my home internet through my cell phone provider ( US Cellular). I got this. Drlled a hole through the wooden window frame and hung the antenna from the wooden window frame 2nd story window. I called the cell phone company to figure out where the tower was and lined it up perfectly. Im bam to getting 5 bars and 5g network again.

My wife and I moved out to the country where satellite was the only viable option for internet - our phones w/ Verizon would constantly cut out in the house and only get 1 bar LTE or 1 bar EXT so we were not able to surf the web or stream videos on our phones. Plopped this thing in and we now have solid connection @ 2-3 bars LTE all the time, steaming on our phones works well (though I doubt you’ll get 4K to stream). Did a speed test and went from 1mbps to 10mbps - may still seem slow but makes a world of difference. Still holding out on pulling the trigger on satellite internet because you can’t game with it.

This booster powers on and works , it obviously boosts your signal by seeing your phone go from 1-2 4g bars to 5g 3-5 bars ..... But Speeds Have not changed at all, which is the only reason people would buy stuff like this. I get around 20 mbs and a mile down the street they get around 100 mbs , but this doesn't do anything to help with that ?

Simple to hook up, simple to use. Raised cell signal from 0~1 bar to 3~4 in basement. Fortunately the signal is good in one corner of the basement and un-fortunately the rest of the basement is bad.

My office at work is made out of a storage container. The only service provider that you had service was Verizon. After the installation my Verizon service I have all bars and so do people that come in with AT&T. Very easy to install.
