Unless they update their website and packaging I don’t recommend. Product works well just doesn’t cover the frequency.

App was useless, other users had the same problem-not accurate in showing where the towers are. One light on the system so it’s either a go or no go. Our previous unit has indicator bars which, in my opinion, is more conducive of the true connection state.

I never got a signal in my basement office but with this WeBoost product, the basement office has the best reception in the whole house. This gives me the ability to work effectively using my phones hotspot. I recommend it!

We were having terrible issues with our cell phone coverage. Usually one bar sometimes two inside. In our back yard we could get three. After the boosters get three inside sometimes four. Success!!

Requires line-of-sight to cellular tower and the installation of exterior antenna. Antenna must be high on the roof and hard-wired to the interior antenna. Complex installation best suited to a professional installer.

I installed the booster according to the included instructions, and used the recommended 3rd party app to calibrate. The signal was actually worse with the booster than without. In addition, the manufacturer does not have its own software to go with the product, and support for ios11 or newer is limited. If you live in a single story home, it requires the outside and inside antennas to be 50ft apart with coaxial cable running between them.

We asked Best Buy what would the best thing is on the market and they suggested this and it has been a miracle. Now we have fast 4G network with inside of our middle building

Then apparently the tower repositioned and now it shows we have 3 bars of late but the data doesn’t work. Not sure what the problem is weboost customer service says it’s just too many people using the network.

The cell network reception in our home was only showing 1 bar and dropped calls continuously. After the booster was setup I still had the same issues.

If you think it’s just hooking a couple wires together and plugging it in walk away now. I had too special order RG 11 cable and even ttt he rn the signal is very minimal. If you think it’s automatic a signal will appear your wrong. I had too install it 35 feet in the air on a pole and run the wire. This is not a beginner advises install. I have built hundreds of houses and this is harder then that. It’s a pain in the rear to get it to work period.
