Received quickly. Product was just as said described, easy to set up and ready to use in minutes.

We bought this to boost our cell phone signals for different carriers. I contacted TotalTech since I pay for it to help with installation, well, I won't go into the many hours and people etc. I spent trying to get this done AND after all that time I was told they won't help me. It is installed but we are not seeing the "upgrade" in boost that we were expecting. I sure wish a tech would come out and see if it's all installed correctly. I can't say in good faith that I would recommend purchasing this product as their doesn't seem to be tech help and it isn't doing what we wanted.

Works as advertised. Easy installation and didn't take long. Only disappointed that it went on sale like a week after I bought it.

Bought booster online with Geek Squad installation. After waiting a week, Geek Squad called to say they couldn’t/wouldn’t install. Hard time returning to local Outlet. Just a bad experience overall. Went to Verizon and got better solution.

It does work, BUT you have to stand 2 feet from the booster, if you go further it won't work

Does not pick up the cell service signal well enough to rebroadcast it.

Didn’t work at home did boost phone signal at cabin but data very slow Must have good signal to work as stated. With low signal only boosted short distance

This only worked in one room. Which was in a bedroom upstairs. We only have an 1800 sq foot home an this was suppose to do up to 5000 sq. foot home. Needless to say it didn't work. Some times it would just go out from green to red for no reason. Which means it will not work. We were very disappointed in this Weboost. We had high expectations for this. Which a lot of people said it really was nice. I have to go outside to get my cell phone to work. Buy with caution. If you have very little cell phone signal than this is not going to help much.

The box got so hot we could hardly touch it. Then it quit working after 8 months. Hopefully we can get it fixed. Its way too expensive to only work for 8 months

I called customer service before ordering this product to ask if Geek Squad could install the roof antennae. Customer service assured me that Geek Squad could do this and they charged me a service fee and scheduled an appointment. The morning of the appointment, a Geek Squad member called to say that they no longer install rooftop antennas. I returned the product and was refunded my money. However, I was very disappointed by the lack of communication between the departments. I hope that Best Buy will invest in training their customer service representatives.

Expensive and did nothing in my area to improve signal. Started with one bar and after installing I still have one bar. Followed ALL recommendations on location and installation process. Going to switch carriers after being with ATT since 2007.

Live way out in the woods. I actually put the outside antenna on an unused satellite dish and aimed it to where the towers located. Went from 1 lte to full bars 5g. I would recommend as long as you know where to aim it. Otherwise can be annoying to set up.

Not good value for the money. Exterior mounting bracket for the antennae should be made of stainless steel or material that won't rust. The antennae is typically mounted in a high location, not easily accessible to maintain or change out if it corrodes. Should provide R11 cable rather than R6 .

We had two bars before installing it. It has got somewhat better as long as you are within about five foot of it.

I got mine, installed it, didnt work, went back to bb to install, got it figured out

Stated if you have one bar it would cover 1500 ft² still can't find that 1500 ft² do not have very good phone service still

Did help get a better signal but not as much of a boost as we were hoping for. Still working on fine tuning.

Kinda worked when it wanted too. Spent 4 days adjusting outdoor antenna and was unable to get it set right. If you live in a valley and the closest towers are uphill from you, this probably won’t work properly for you either.
