Unfortunately they won’t take it back after two weeks and now we are stuck with a $600 paper weight.

This requires finding a cell tower from your home.......ummm yeah if I could get that connection I wouldn't need this.

Probably not the fault of the devise. We live in the country and AT&T will not expand cell service to our area, so there was not much signal to boost. We returned the devise.

We previously had a decent cell phone signal outside of the house, but inside, we suffered from dropped calls and overall weak signal. I mounted the external antenna using an adjustable outdoor antenna mount then directed it towards at what was the nearest cell phone tower direction. It took several trips up the ladder, to adjust the course of the antenna until all lights were green. Mounting the external antenna and adjusting it was the most complicated step in the process. Just remember to follow the instructions that the internal antenna and the signal booster must be a certain distance apart. Once I installed it, I have not suffered from dropped calls, and conversations are more clear. So far, so good!
