Far exceeded my expectations. Signal strength increased 30 times higher than it was prior to installation. Great installation.

The system itself works great. The pro that installed it was awesome. The only bad thing is the price.

I bought this device as our house did not have good T mobile reception. The installation staff were very nice and efficient, that is the reason for the two stars. However, after spending over $1400 (after tax) and 3-4 hours of installation work, the antenna placement on our roof, drilling the walls to pass wires, etc this device made zero change in our reception. Will return the device but someone has to go up on our roof and take the antenna down which is a pain

Live in the middle of nowhere. It works great! Worth the money.

Pretty expensive for the minimal improvement we are experiencing. Still haven’t been able to test during cloudy/rainy weather. If we still get reception then, we’ll keep it. If not, we’ll return it.

Says whole home but really just works in room with booster.

Purchased it and the installer said it was made for one room and would not do anything to help extend due to the size of the rooms.

Bought the installed top of the line version. Installers came and wouldn't mount above eaves on 1st floor . So ended up getting a $1200 cell booster that didn't do anything at all. Now I have holes drilled in the wall and an antenna that I can't physically take down myself. Can't return without the entire package. Don't waste your money unless you can install yourself at higher point than looking straight at your neighbors house below roof line.

Had to return product because Installation Company OnTech had a internal system issue that was impacting there customer service operations, In short this meant that I was unable to schedule my installation which was Included in the purchase price. It has been over a week now and OnTech is still unable to schedule the installation.

Zip Zero difference to signal strength. It’s a complete rip off. Best Buy sells it but installation is done by the manufacturer. Unprofessional installer had come who didn’t have device to show if signals improved. No difference to signals and there’s no after sales service.

Set up was easy. Installers were polite and prompt.

So, I'm disappointed. First I work from home so having cell service inside the house is very important. I did however expected more from the product. It took the signal I had outside and move it into one small 12X12 room inside. I live in a two-story house. To obtain the best signal it would need to be installed at the highest point. The installer didn't feel comfortable doing this so placed it on the side of the house at the fascia and gutter. Not at the peak. He was also limited in getting the cable into the house. I would encourage anyone interested should make sure they have at least 3 or 4 bars just outside your front or back door before spending the money for this product. Also make sure your property is free of any trees or obstructions. I didn't feel it was fair to give a single star since the device did bring the signal into the house if only one small room.

After a three hour installation and many phone calls with support, i still only have one bar of service. Calls are dropped frequently and it seems to be affecting my internet as well. The antenna are big and bulky and signal improvement is not worth the ridiculous amount of money spent.

Honestly so frustrated with this product. It does literally nothing. There is no difference AT ALL in service quality or availability. HUGE waste of money. So now I have holes drilled in my wall for a useless piece of crap product.

We went from two bars to five. It is worth every penny.

Love it,but inside unit gets hot needs a fan installed to keep it cooler
