This was included in computer we purchased a year prior. So when it expired it was an easy choice. To bad the installation process was not that great. We are still get the warning that our software is about to expire.

not for mobile

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this antivirus is just for computers, not mobile devices (despite android & apple being listed in the description & the name 'secure anywhere'). i wasted almost 10 hours- no exaggeration- on best buy chats and phone calls, being transferred from person to person, with absolutely no resolution and no antivirus protection. this is despite multiple support team members from best buy assuring me that this software should work for mobile. finally the ~30th person i talked to stated that best buy does not sell any antivirus software that works for mobile. after they transferred me 3 more times just to get to the right person to process the refund and an hour and a half into the call, they hung up before i could talk to someone to process the refund. SO frustrating. no wonder best buy keeps putting this antivirus on sale, when a misleading description and poor customer service from both best buy and webroot made this an extremely disappointing purchase. i know others have really liked webroot, but if you're looking for any kind of support or antivirus for your mobile device, this software isn't for you.
