Great product and very easy to use. Looking for a good virus protection program this is it.

I’ve tried a lot of antivirus programs and this is my favorite. It works in the background and doesn’t slow my PC down.

this antivirus is just for computers, not mobile devices (despite android & apple being listed in the description & the name 'secure anywhere'). i wasted almost 10 hours- no exaggeration- on best buy chats and phone calls, being transferred from person to person, with absolutely no resolution and no antivirus protection. this is despite multiple support team members from best buy assuring me that this software should work for mobile. finally the ~30th person i talked to stated that best buy does not sell any antivirus software that works for mobile. after they transferred me 3 more times just to get to the right person to process the refund and an hour and a half into the call, they hung up before i could talk to someone to process the refund. SO frustrating. no wonder best buy keeps putting this antivirus on sale, when a misleading description and poor customer service from both best buy and webroot made this an extremely disappointing purchase. i know others have really liked webroot, but if you're looking for any kind of support or antivirus for your mobile device, this software isn't for you.

I like webroot, having used it for at 7-8 years. I wish they would make it easier to lock in price for renewals instead of having to go look each time it renews, or at least a 3 year option at discounted price

So far no problems. Easy to install and download. It seems to be working since I had it a few weeks.

It is helpful to know that my laptop is covered via Webroot and since I purchased it through Best Buy, I use their expertise in downloading the software.

Found a much better price here at BestBuy compared to renewing from Webroot direct!

Does its job without hogging system resources or slowing PC down.

This is an excellent product. Though it doesn't actively show you what threats have been automatically blocked, it is good as a hands-off sort of product. The digital download system to get it, however, is terrible. I've been waiting a long time for an email with the download link, even though it says "ready to download" in my orders (with no link).

I am very satisfied with Web Root. It does a very thorough scan and it identifies any possible problem it may have found. I will never be without it.

This is one of many purchases I have made from Best Buy over the years and have never had a bad experience always good customer service
