Reason for 2 stars is that I purchased the annual subscription for a remote upgrade but BestBuy failed to send me the keycode needed for the renewal. Took several calls and a lengthly delay to get what I needed.

I think I have actually been charged twice?? After several attempts and many agents, It is finally reinstalled on my computers. Unfortunately, the installing agents failed to discontinue the expired/renewal notices/popups. Why??!!
