I'm tired of being jacked around buy your download instructions. I log in to my account that sends me and email, that makes me log in again then rejects my password, then makes my request another email??? And on it goes.

The only problem that I had was downloading it from my digital library. There were not directions on how to download if you needed to renew it. I was on the phone with Best Buy for over one hour.

I initially had problems renewing the subscription and was able to call customer support. They were helpful and located in the US. The only issue I had with this security suite was with running multiple tabs of streams on Mozilla Firefox and having to switch compatibility on Firefox to Windows 8 mode due the the videos lagging and not loading. That's the only problem I've had with it. It's very lightweight and uses very little system resources!

Went to online chat for over an hour, still no success. Called and had it installed by a technician, paid for it again. Called to have the duplicate charge removed from my account and the wrong as removed. I have now paid for webroot twice and still have to webroot security. Have spent hours trying to solve this problem. A nightmare!

Tough to deal with

They ask to renew before renewal time I keep purchasing it then cannot download it. It sseems I have been on auto renew and they continue to pop up on my screen every day saying it is time to renew. Get another sevice

I called in a few times and left messages and even emailed you, I received many emails but not in reference to my problems and issues. I would love a refund, but that is highly unlikely. I don’t believe I will purchase again, with trust in the business or product. Thank You

Older Mac computer not good fit

They helped with download because it’s on an older Mac Computer. Was not working correctly when I called for help was told they did not service this one because it was for 10 devices and only serviced ones for 6 and under. I had to deal with Webroot directly. First thing the Geek Squad had downloaded Windows version. They Webroot reinstalled and it’s still not working properly, I’m waiting for another call back from Webroot.
