Very difficult to download, with download requiring two or more Best Buy personnel. I don’t know today if the software is operational and working.

never got this product. It was extremely hard to activate

Code would not work on any of my devices-emailed Webroot for assistance with no response. Very disappointed as I have consistently used Webroot over the last decade.

I purchased this item because a customer service rep told me it was good for my son HP and my MacBook well I got it working on my sons HP but my MacBook still unprotected because I’m receiving a message saying it’s non compatible

but once given the download code it says not available for iphone. bummer! i heard good things about the product but could only use it on my windows laptop.

I purchased this Security as I normally do for my children's Mac devices. Went to download and would not allow me to download to the Mac kept reverting to the Windows platform. After 2 hrs. on phone with on line support was not able to download, asked for my money back and they stated they needed to escalate because usually they do not refund this. Well I had enough with the pathetic service that I made my claim through PayPal (how I paid) and my money was promptly refunded. Best Buy you just lost a very good customer due to the inability from your team dealing and resolving issues.

Purchased it and have not been able to download it. It's been weeks and still not in my digital library.

Re-ordered without my authorization using a credit card I happened to have on file with Best Buy. I will contacting the Better Business Bureau with copies of the relevant documentation. The "un-cancellable" and "automatic annual" renewal system that Best Buy recently created is unethical and may even be against the law. We'll see what the BBB has to say about it.

Still unable to download. Tried over and over says payment has not been done but it has and a receipt and conformation.

My family and i have been using this for over 3 years now to protect all of our devices. Its been a great and easy interface to use and not bad for the price.

It blocks bad websites...not as good for the expensive price

I tried to renew my webroot anti virus after it expired and it has been a night mare. At this point all I want is my money back. I have been on the phone several times with best buy and webroot and it has got me nowhere besides closer to the grave. They charged my credit card and when I call for help I keep getting redirected until I they have exhausted all of my patients. I hope that someone from best buy that can do something other than redirect me to someone else will see this. I have several reference numbers if there is someone that can help me.

It is an acceptable security software for home use. Provodes good protection levels.

I had to go through several people online and by phone to get this ordered, and I STILL am not sure it's been installed / updated on any of my computers or phones.

I never received the product and beat buy never returned my money back to best buy

Could not get to work on my mac. It’s not refundable

Poor customer service. Still cannot get program downloaded.

Needed protection for my home computer since my Norton was going to expire and needed something more affordable. This software locked me out of all my accounts and I was not able to sign in from the start-up window. Had to do a hard reset to remove software and end up paying for another one.

Could not install this product. Called in and was left on hold. I went elsewhere and purchased a different brand
