I purchased this product because the store was out of all the popular ones. I needed something at the time, so I purchased "Webroot" for protection. I will see how it works for the next year, which will determine if I will purchase this product or recommend it to others.

Good basic protection program. Doesn't include Anti-Spyware protection.

I liked the last one I had, so I ordered a new one.

Great protection for my computers, never had any issues.

It wouldn't allow me to install it because I had an earlier version of the same program. My earlier version was due to expire. I had done this in the past. The purchased version of Webroot is cheaper than renewing your current version. But it wouldn't load.

Product still works great, but set-up was a nightmare. Been using the more expensive version that cost $79.99 per year. Found a discounted version for ONE PC. Wud not download or allow disc to b used. Eventually I was able to reach WR or at least someone identifying as such. I say that cuz I was the transferred to somebody OUTSIDE of WR cuz allegedly I had a NETWORK virus...not computer virus. Whatever it was cost me 89.99, so I didn’t save any money. A tech tech took over my computer & allegedly removed a NETWORK virus. Sounds very fishy, but I was stuck. So beware!

Home visits no longer part of program. Helpful store staff.

The software did not deliver and I guess you get what you pay for . So go with the name brand like mcafees or etc

I have used webroot for years. I am not a big fan of this version. I probably should have purchased webroot complete.

The software was easy to download, unfortunately it did not work for our purposes.

It works okay, it get's the job done. I might try something else next time.

Be aware "devices" in the description is only for computers on the box, not smartphones or tablets. Returned this for a plan that included that tech. Also, none of the current (2021) Webroot plans offers protection for smart TVs,, per the CS person I talked to.

It could of been 5 stars review... But this year they included data collection function and updated user agreement accordingly. For our (consumer's) money they infringe on our privacy and at ours' expense. If this will carry into next year, I will not buy any longer!

I had 38 days left in the old serial number, after I install the new serial number I only got 365 days of protection from Webroot, So I lost over a month of protection . from my old Webroot. I try to get in touch with support. no luck!

Internet security is a must for your Computer. Thanks Best Buy for installing it for us.

Had problems downloading and it messed my computer up

Needed an anti virus, and trust Geek Squad with their recommendation.

I have been using Webroot for a few years. Webroot is not a good security software. It is very hard to uninstall if it is on your computer and it expires. You have to buy a new security software and install it because it will lock up your computer and it will not function properly. I won't buy this again.

It was good until I had to bring in my $750.00 computer in for an upgrade two months after purchase then after upgrade, they did not upload the computer software. Luckily I noticed two days later, but now on-line with a chat and taking forever to locate my purchse.

Would have been happier with a two year one but you say you didn’t have it in the store
