I had to order a new computer, pulled the hard drive from the old computer, and download zoom contents of the hard drive onto a new computer. Of course I did not use Best Buy for the new computer.

I was given a invalid keycode...Best Buy wont help

Purchased this item almost a month ago and had it downloaded & installed with no problem. Was asked to enter the keycode to start it up and entered the exact keycode that I was given from Best Buy but got a invalid Keycode message. Called Best Buy numerous times and they gave me the "we'll get back to you on this problem" every time and I never got a response or resolution. Even contacted Webroot themselves but still nothing. Honestly still waiting for some help buts it's looking like I just wasted my money because Best Buy wants to give me a invalid KeyCode.
