I bought the digital download and realized that I didn't need a new Antivirus yet, after waiting for hours on hold to find a way to do some sort of return - because I did not download. I just left it where it was. Now that I need an antivirus - the 2 year subscription I bought is useless because "the link has expired" Digital is not a great option for all users.

Lousy Customer Service!

But, in the end she said she could not fix it and would have to transfer me to another person. He spent maybe one minute and transferred me to a third person. This person was rude and unhelpful and he eventually hung up on me. A total of 2 hours of my time was spent just trying to log in to product I bought from Best Buy. 2 hours of my life that I will never get back! Problem not resolved!

I have been trying, since that day, to get the key code for the activation of my webroot. I have spoken by phone with live people, people in another country, this country, at my local store... I have chatted online with the machine as well as a live person. The charges have been processed since December 2020. Taking my money was the easy part.

Doesn’t work as told

Well it only scans for viruses and malware with the Mac Book Pro. It does nothing for the IOS devices that they said it would . Very disappointed .

WILL NOT WORK ON MOST CURRENT MAC OS
