Can someone give me a solution for this thanks.

But sadly the same thing happened, I installed the software but the code was invalid. Right now I am in the process of hopefully getting another keycode. Until then I won't recommend this, until this issue with webroot gets resolved.

Buyer Beware! Here's why...

However, when you read under specifications, it only reads 3 devices! I did speak with an agent and was told that this would be addressed. I have used Webroot for many years and like the software! I just wanted to make sure the buyer is aware of what they are purchasing! Hoping this will be addressed by both Best Buy and/or Webroot.

Received an invalid Keycode and spent over 1 hour on the phone with Best Buy, then Geek and every time I mentioned invalid Keycode they hang-up. Take my advise and don't buy this product, this is a SCAM.

I ordered it online and of course it is non refundable. basically got robbed of $50. save yourself the irritation and just buy McAfee.
