As I expected, it came with a card containing instructions to download and a keycode; the instructions directed me to webroot.com/secure. This website rejected all three e-mail addresses it required of me. I sent them Webroot tech support a message, and their response was unhelpful EXCEPT that it included a number to call. I called it, and it was GeekSquad. The GeekSquad representative directed me to a DIFFERENT WEBSITE (webroot.com/geeksquad), which allowed me to install the software. It did NOT remove McAfee, which concerns me.
