dose not seem to slow anything and no problems so far

Impossible to upload onto phone, which was the main reason I purchased the product. VERY labor intensive to try to get the product to upload onto the second and third computer or device. IMPOSSIBLE to upload product onto a phone. After numerous attempts, and several calls to customer service, I finally threw the receipt away as I had wasted so much valuable time. Time is money.

Never worked correctly,tried to cancel wouldnt let me i called fraud with my cc. I dont want to talk to anyone to cancel

I have really liked Webroot ever since it was first installed in another laptop I had in the past. When I open the laptop it immediately shows a report on how the security checks are working, then fades away. If I open its website it immediately tells me how long the coverage will last before needing to be re-installed.

the computer will not let me put WEBROOT in therfore I can not say how it works or how it does not! Please Help!

Mobile glitches and i think because its free for couple of months, doesn’t offer much.

Recommended by Geek Squad tech and my computer was serviced and fixed. I did need some further work and scheduled a Geek Squad home visit. They’re service was great. The technician was Knowledgeable and fixed my system to my satisfaction.

Webroot is a great security program that I have used for many years. It is one of the most reliable and user-friendly programs I have ever used. However in last year the performance for the tool is decreasing

I like that this program is working in the background but i can check it at any time and it is not an annoying pop-up every time I get on my laptop (which I have experienced with other programs)

I received this antivirus software at no charge with the purchase of my HP laptop. Although, I am more familiar with Norton and McAfee products, I am willing to give Webroot a try.

Have been using Webroot for years. The digital download was problematic so had to have Geek Squad install it (this was a first for me) on my new HP laptop.

This is one of the better security programs out there. I know there are others, but if Best Buy is offering it, it makes sense to get it. Especially in today's age where there are so many risks.

I was scammed twice. Came to the "Geek Squad" and Webroot was suggested. I liked the package that was offered and have been happy with the installation. Feel more secure.

Webroot was great, would recommend to protect devices . Somehow mine disappeared after taking it to a tech place and my computer was all messed up

I really trust Webroot, I have used it for a long time now. I feel very comfortable that my computer is protected wit Webroot. I would recommend it to anyone.

If I could give this product zeros stars, I would still be disappointed that I could not rate it lower. This product auto-renews and I was not even aware that it was snuck on to my initial purchase. It was a difficult process to cancel the product.

Great protection and terrific bundle....the price is right and it does the job. I highly recommend WEBROOT. The initial deal is very economical.
