    don't know have not been able to download it. I only tried once but had no luck. I know when I purchased the computer the sales person told me that the geek squad does not help unless you buy there service. I should of when to Stapes first

    If I could give 0 stars I would. The code they gave me is expired I have not even been able to log into the computer and use this service I am not happy. I went to the store I purchased it from and they cant seem to be able to help me.
