However, I do recommend buying it from a place like best buy. The problem with getting it from the manufacturer is their customer service. It's terrible. But Best Buy is great. They will install it and keep your files up to date. If there is a problem, just ask the Geek Squad.

Wasn’t so compatible with Mac. Lots of smart folks there but can’t raise them to help with an issue. Lack of coordination with Apple is unprofessional.

I'd run the Webroot scan and it found nothing. After 1 1/2 hrs on the phone with a tech, him doing several searches on my Mac he asked to call me back. After another hour he called to say he couldn't find it and I could... 1) take it into the Tech Service at Best Buy (24 miles for me) or 2) call back at another time and talk to someone else on his team. No, he couldn't transfer me, no he couldn't have someone call me, no he couldn't research it any longer-I needed to just call back. I was outraged. Poor, poor and unqualified service!! I went on line and after researching the problem, found the malware file myself and deleted it. A big waste of money. Don't bother to look to their phone service for help.

Can't get my money back

He charged me anyway and I can't get my money back. I have called multiple times and went to the store to try to get a refund. They pass me around and give me different stories about why they can't help.

I rarely used my computer so this was of no use to me. Thereafter even after calling to cancel, it was automatically renewed. Then they fought with me tooth and nail to cancel the subscription! Horrible!!!! Don't bother!!!! A complete RIP OFF!!!!
