This program was installed on my PC after I was scammed and my bank account compromised. I have had it for over a month and experienced no issues with malicious viruses. Computer is working very well. Very satisfied with product.

wasn't planning on purchasing this product. a liitle more than i planned on spending . so glad i did . geek squad has cleaned up our computers and has given me great customer service over the phone about a issue i had. very helpful and problem fixed . I will purchase again

We purchased Webroot Security and Virus software package in Oct. 2020. It sweeps our computer data system automatically and records any viruses. It has segregated 3 viruses on our computer since we bought it. Glad we have it.

Geek squad installed this after bringing in my work computer for total system failure due to virus installed from a supposed secure site. NOT!!! Anyway this tells me when a site no matter how professional is dangerous.

I have been using Webroot Internet Security and antivirus for years and have never had an issue with any of my computers being infected. Webroot can be programed to scan at a specific time every day and can be used at anytime as well. I trust Webroot with all of my equipment.

Since switching over to Webroot I have had no problems with viruses. This is part of Best Buy all protection program so if you are already paying for a virus protection plan from another provider, I would look into the Best Buy plan because I think there is great value there.

This is a great security program that Best Buy installed on my new desktop.. It keeps itself up to date, does regular scans and have not had any issues with it at all.. I like it better than Norton that I had for years.. Thanks Geek Squad!

I downloaded this product onto my MacBook Air as well as my iPhone 8+ It scans frequently and so far I have not had any security issues. It also runs seamlessly in the background and doesn't seem to bog down my systems. I would recommend!

I switched to WebRoot many years ago and it has been, by far the best internet protection I have ever worked with. It protects you and you seldom know that it's there. That's what I need and that's what I like ... take care of me and don't bother me while I'm working.

I had never used Webroot before, but it was installed on my new computer when it was being setup. I like it very much - I can do a scan but still work on other things without it causing my computer to slow down. I intend to renew it when the initial installation period runs out.

I have not incorporated this particular system, Has IM currently with PC Matic for internet & electronics protection. I have had no issues with PC matic therefore I did not make any changes at this time.

i just had this installed when i bought my new tower. i like this virus protector because it does it all by itself. i dont have to go in everyday to run anything. if it finds a threat then it puts a stop on it until you go in and decide what it is you want to do.

I have tried and use many many virus programs. Some free others costing higher dollars but this program beats them all. It covers more than a virus but includes the online protection that is needed. McAffe I tried several times and it slowed my computer down. Not with Webroot

It's good having peace of mind when on the internet. So much crap out there that virus protection is a must have even if you are just gaming; it's a shame you have to go the extra step because some people have to invade and destroy the things that bring you enjoyment .

i had so many issues that my sons computer needed to be fixed by a pro, so when we ordered and rec this product for our other systems. I was excited to get it downloaded to the rest of our systems so we would not have future problems.

I’ll never use Mcafee again, the only thing Mcafee did was destroy my $1,000 laptop from the get-go. I can’t believe I paid money to have that problem. Working with IT people everyday, they pointed me towards webroot and now I won’t have to worry about viruses.

This is a very good ANTIT VIRUS Program. It works with auto scan , and always with user options to scan any time. I use the Utility System Analyzer a lot. Very good. Never had any issues with it

We have had webroot in the past on our MAC. Since installing Mojave we are not able to use Webroot. We spent 3 days with at least 7 different Geek Squad personnel and we were never able to install on our computer. We now have to take it to the store to fix the problem

No problems so far I don't know what to say other then no virus has attacked my computer. I must use 50 characters so I will continue to write until I get 50 characters. What can you say about the product unless you have trouble your good.

Was so excited to get this with my tech support, pops up when I turn on my device and let’s me know all is ok and I’m covered makes me feel safe and secure glad to have it there. Now and always for the safety it gives me.
