This security is fine and the only thing to be aware of is the self-renewing at an increased price. On the other hand, for my last Lap Top, friends recommended Kaspersky, and we all know where that led. This system came as a special deal with the purchase of the computer and it's fine.

I have relied on Webroot for my computer protection for years now and have been very pleased with its qualities. Having had difficulties with McAfee, I found Webroot to be an excellent alternative with lower cost and greater reliability. I recommend it to all.

Good security system installed in my laptop after I took it to Geek squad for a complete re installation of operating system. The anti virus comes with my protection plan and I feel much safer with my laptop now

I've been using Secure Anywhere since I bought my computer. Both my desktop and laptop have it installed. It's nice knowing that my computers are always protected. Yearly subscription is a little steep which is the reason for four stars instead of five.

Since buying a new laptop, I knew I also wanted a great security package. The Geek squad was able to load during my laptop setup and so far, I have no complaints about this purchased security package.

This is a very impressive program. We had virus problems on 2 of our computers. Webroot got rid of them within a few days; one was very stubborn. We've had McAfee for years and it just wasn't doing the job. I'm so glad Webroot came with the Geek Squad package.

I used to have Best Buy's Kaspersky internet security. But when a Geek Squad associate listed the benefits of Webroot, I took his recommendation. Webroot is a very good product--lots of obvious security checks. I always feel protected.

However, when my computer malfunctioned there was no easy way to reinstall it despite two online chats with Geek Squad. I would prefer the CD again. It is a nightmare to get a download without complicated information and passwords and as I blind person I cannot supply that information.

Every time I run the Analysis, it states that I do not have Anti-virus protection but this is supposed to contain anti-virus. If you have ever tried to get in contact with webroot - it's not easy.

This was recommended by Best Buy so hoping they know more than I do. Having been hacked in the past, I definitely wanted protection on my new computer. The Geek Squad installed it for me. It regularly scans and lets me know how I am doing. So far, so good.

Installed on my new laptop and it does a thorough scan. Takes over any other anti-virus installed. Works well and fast. I have not seen any updates for the app, unless these are happening in the background; to ensure the version is most current. No Complains.

Webroot security & antivirus coverage comes with the annual Tech Squad package. I see a little pop-up window at intervals telling me a scan has been done and no problems have been discovered. Very reassuring!

Computer crashed due to Windows 10 upload and instead of trying to do it myself, called Geek Squad and they saved the day. Cost included one year of Geek Squad, web security for 3 devices and a peace of mind and a lot faster computer to boot! Well worth the price!

The guys at the store recommended this one so I trusted them. Haven't had any issues at all so far so hoping it's doing what it's supposed to be doing. It doesn't pop up a bunch of annoying stuff like some other ones I've had used to do, so hopefully all is smooth and good.

The Antivirus is really there to help protect your computer. This virus does it’s checking almost every time I use my lap top. It helps me make sure that there is no virus to worry about and allows me to continue to do my work in peace

I like that the Webroot Security + anti-virus protects the computer from malware and viruses and that fast scans detect threats in real time without slowing down the computer. Now I can eliminate paying extra every month to keep the computer safe!

We purchased they whole geek squad bundle that allows you to bring in and electronics weather you bought it at Best Buy or not to be fixed. We took both of our old towers to be transferred to the new tower we bought. The plan paid for it self after one transfer.

Surprisingly this is a very good product, Webroot has advanced heuristics and is not just an antivirus program but also has a built in advanced firewall, protects your online browsing and fights malware. Comes included with a Total Tech Support membership.

Runs in the background and does it's thing and notifies you when you need to be without being too annoying as to interrupt what you are doing, It withholds things that can wait when you are watching a video or such.

I have owned WebRoot for 5 years and have had no virus or attacks that have taken down my system. I formerly owned other software were trojans or other types of virus or tracking has made it through. I would recommend WebRoot for protection of hardware.
