Highly rated by all tech magazines and review sites...this is a great tool to protect you from what goes bump in the dark corners of the nternet. Easy setup and that you get it for more than one device is a bonus.

Works great! No problems noticed. Whenever I take my computer in for a tune up I ask about malware, viruses and such. It seems that WebRoot does the job. I've had WebRoot before I just needed to reup as it was about to expire

I was skeptical to go with what I considered an off brand security program as compared to Norton or McAfee but Webroot has performed. I also don’t seem to experience the computer slowdown as bad when it’s running its security scans either.

I've used multiple software in the past and never liked them or felt they were sufficient or working properly. With this one I've never had an issue with this software and I feel it's a great price for the software which covers 3 computers

I'm glad I got the Webroot protection. I've used Webroot for years and have been satisfied with it. It was nice having it already installed on the Pavilion. it saved time when I got it home.

This antivirus software was included when I bought the Total Tech Support from Best Buy. The Geek Squad installed it. It's been working and is transparent to me. This is my first experience with this software so I'll monitor it this year.

I have been using Webroot Internet Security and Anti-Virus for at least 3-4 years. It covers my husband's laptop, too, as the subscription covers 3 devices. We can scan files whenever we like; we feel our devices are well protected.

Only had my computer two weeks and had to use the Greek squad twice for two different reasons. I was lucky to get Bobby both times, he is a really great guy, very friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Was able to solve my problems right away.

I took the advice of the Geek Squad with this purchase and so far it seems to be doing its' job. I am currently traveling and it has alerted me on several occasions. Great product - I feel my laptop is secure.

At first, I wasn't going to get Webroot on my new computer since I could get Norton through my Internet provider. However, I'm glad I changed my mind! Webroot is far less intrusive than Norton. It runs behind the scenes like it should.

The product is only available under this plan and the service performed was the best we could expect. Otherwise our computer would have been unusable and we would have had to completely wipe the drive and reinstall all on our own time and expense.

So far I this has been an excellent antivirus and internet security program. I've used several different programs from different companies that would interrupt for various reasons. This runs completely in the background and just does its job

I went in to Best Buy to get a replacement audio wire for my sound bar. The salesperson recommended the more expensive one because the sound quality was better. I bought it, came home and hooked it up and the sound quality is great.

When I moved to Woodland Calif I had my computer serviced and they put the WEBROOT Internet Security and Antivirus on my Laptop for my protection. I trust them to take care of my Windows program for me.

Don't know much about how this product does what it does, but I don't have to... All I know is that it DOES work, behind the scenes, so I can use my product without interference... I don't even worry about it, it just works...

Basically, bought it because I had only two choices with the Geek Squad Protection Plan, and I felt is was the better of the two. I dont like anything that auto-renews, and my first choice would have been PC Matic.

Buying this is better than insurance. Anything goes wrong with any electronics I buy (even if I didn't get them from Best Buy) they will fix it for free depending on what's wrong with it. If I do have to pay any money it's not that much!

Anti-virus protection has been excellent since the purchase of my new computer. Since this protection is provided by Geek Squad and Best Buy, I feel secure in their authenticity.

I have used Webroot Internet Security projects myself for a number of years. When I purchased Lap Tops for my high school graduates I was happy to learn they would be protected from viruses and malware.
