I was a bit skeptical at the time I bought it but when I started using it I was happy that I brought it it has much benefits and save me money and I I should need help with the software problem they will give me assistance.

Still using Webroot for years on the recommendation of the Geeks and haven't experienced any viruses! i use tech devises extensively for business and personal.

Purchased a pc and added the subscription to ensure the pc was protected. I’m not sure if it really works but it did scan for threats and malware since it told me it did.

This remains on my equipment as long as I keep my membership! It allows me to do a detailed scan for malware as often as I choose! It's proven its value repeatedly!

I have this program set to auto sweep on my computer. It helps keep things clean and when it detects a "treat," it is easy to remove it. Idiot proof for someone that is not tech savvy or patient when it comes to tech issues.

I had this on my MacBook Air and it was able to find issues that came up with malware they didn’t think they could come into an Apple computer I was totally amazed how it helped my laptop safe it was great software.

The Geeks at Best Buy loaded this on my new computer. It has been working in the background for months with no input needed from me. I can start a new scan at any time if I suspect a contamination. So far I have been clean, clean, clean.

so glad I got this with my computer it has helped me feel at ease. they walk you through the hole thing to get it set up or in this case they came out to the house and set it all up for me!

dropped off a laptop for repairs and purchased a new one while I was there...my lap top was repaired before the date I was told it would be ready and the new one was set up and ready with everything transferred from my old one....great Job

I feel safe with this security. I like the fact that it is included in my membership for total tech support with Best Buy. I like how things can be combined for one single price.

This was installed on my computer I had repaired as part of the Geek Squad maintenance contract. Computer working great. Wish Best Buy would answer their phones in the store.

I’ve had this for about three years and I can assure you this is a malware virus protector you must have catches everything and can get rid of most threats

I had this installed on my MacBook after I had an issue not being able to connect to the internet. It detected 6 threats that I was not aware were on my laptop. After deleting those threats, my MacBook is running great.

So much better, and easier to use than Norton, AVG or Avast. I haven't had an issues with my laptop since installing. And it's not a resource hog like Norton, AVG and Avast. Definitely worth the purchase.

The service I received at Best Buy was great and the product was very helpful in setting up our service I plan to only purchase electronic products for my home and family from Best Buy

Again I give thanks to my sister who knows about these things and which ones are good quality for the price... I go to her or my daughter for advice. With their advice I couldn’t go wrong. So I’m very happy with it.

This antivirus saved my my computer from a mischievous hacker and all of my important information is on my computer. This could of been a disaster, but thanks to Webroot it was no big deal.

I love Webroot. I am so in love with the password locker. I am of a certain age, where my memory is not always available for me. So what? With Webroot I always know my passwords!!! Plus I haven't had to deal with any viruses EVER!

What to say about an internet security/antivirus program that is just installed. Not much yet. But I do like very much how, when I first turn on my computer, how all notices pop up and tell me that everything is just fine.

Works great, keeps your computers and technical items safe while on the internet. Alerts you to possible threats and verifiable threats to your operating systems when on the internet. I'll continue to renew my subscription!
