I quit using this devise when i bought a new laptop, am i still being charged to use it & if so, how can i stop being charged, because i'm not using it for a year now?

Never heard of this brand before . The salesperson explain it was as good if not better than it competitors. I would agree . It run in the back ground and I am careful anyway, but feel secure having this as a backup.

The security is great and the updates are frequent. If there is a security problem Webroot fixes it or tell you in plain language how to do it.

I am totally satisfied with the protection program. I have used it for years and the results have been great. I have had no viruses and I get regular reports. Total satisfaction.

the laptop i got came with webroot. to get it loaded on to my laptop i had to call and let them put it in. They was nice to talk to and ready to help and as far as i can tell did an outstanding job. My laptop is still working

Wish I had known about this product years ago, I'd always gone with the big name malware protection but the guys at Best Buy told me about how much space those products take on the laptop and that they aren't as good.

This product came with my new computer system and it does its job AOK. Send notifications of what ever has happened and handles security issues very well. I have had this system about 7 months.

I have bought the Webroot internet security with antivirus before with my other purchases from Best Buy. It is a wonderful item to have for the computer. Very good protection.

Webroot internet security saved my computer for crashing completely. The system shut down my computer when it detected a hardware problem. Thus all my files were recoverable.With out Webroot I could have lost everything.

I haven't experienced many issues over the years with Webroot, and it comes highly recommended by Geek Squad. I receive regular scans and itemized & comprehensive feedback (updates on security) by Webroot.

i trust in Webroot security for my computer. had other software security but had problems in the past with them. trust in a good name. Get it, Wont disappoint your computer!!

I cannot review this product even though I paid for it because I did not have it installed on my new computer. I currently use Norton Life Lock and I didn't want the two services to be conflicting

I purchase this when I had got some malware on my laptop. Geek Squad removed the Malware, did a few upgrades for me and installed Webroot for me. I wouldn't be without Webroot.

The ongoing protection running in the background definitely provides not only a comforting sense of "security" but PROTECTION as well. Can understand Geek Squad's selection of and recommendation to use this product..

I've been using Webroot for a few years now without any issues. It does not slow down my system. Well-rounded protection with features such as anti-phishing, password manager, and works seamlessly in the background.
