The Geek Squad Associate installed the system at the store during a visit to the store, excellent product for the money and increased security is a great thing to have!

This is the same software they use when I request a tune up. It seems to work great and it was included in the Total Tech plan.

Working with the Technical program at Best Buy allowed this program to be installed at home online; great service, cleaned up my PC and gave me peace of mind.

I do not know how the virus protector is going to work at this time. I am uninstalling McaFee and will use webroot. I still need to learn how the program works.

Purchased Webroot when Bets Buy quit using Kaspersky. Webroot has caught & blocked a couple of items that Kaspersky missed. I am pleased with the job it is doing.

My biggest problem with virus protection is that it tends to slow down my computer so much when scanning. So far this runs in the background without me knowing. Hope it actually does something.

Pleased with this product, which we have now on three PCs. After a little research, we felt this was one of the better internet security products. I recommend.

I picked this up for new Dell laptop for my daughter. Laptop and security. Plus I got the geek squad they helped with all of it. She loves it and it works great.

I bought this with my new Apple Mac Pro. It’s supposed to cover several devices. I will need help figuring out how though

I have not noticed any performance impact to my HP All-in One and haven't run into any issues. I like the auto update aspect of it.

I have used Webroot for the past 6 years and feel my laptop is extremely secure. It's also very user friendly and informative.

I recently took my computer in to the Geek Squad because it wasn’t running as smoothly as it should be. They installed Webroot and now it is running a lot quicker.

I wouldnt be without Webroot. It has been dependable for ma ny years. I renew my subscription every year. Its worth it.

Love the fact it checks for updates every time the SURFACE PRO is turned on. I couldn't be more pleased and feel confident in this Security/Anti-virus software.

Product seems fine, as I've had it for 3 years. I'm unhappy with the geek squad people who sold this to me bc I told them I don't need it bc my current subscription for Webroot still has 10 months left on it. The Geek Squad guy said the Webroot "came with my Geek Squad protection plan purchase". I think he was trying to increase his sale numbers for the day and didn't offer me an option to buy the protection plan without this product being rolled into the price.
