Webroot is invisible to me, the owner/user of an ASUS "laptop" (I guess that's what you'd call it [when i can wait long enough for it to turn itself on]) I had to call up GEEK squad to ask what Webroot is and what it does. I have relied on Norton for so many decades, I really don't have a grasp on any newcomers to the game. Wish me luck - - I will be 91 in two weeks!

Overall product virus coverage and resolution is good. Webroot needs to release updates to keep abreast of new viruses.

I have had this web protection on my devices for sometime and I have not been disappointed.

since buying this, I am told by mac users that it is not really needed since macs are so safe to use, including apple icloud. now I wonder why i paid for it. if you are selling something i/we do not need it is not fair if we don't know. so that concerns me...really. This is misleading at best. so help us out...no scams necessary for new or old mac users please. I cannot recommend it because I don't really trust or know that it is needed. Scam or Not?
