Overall great virus protection I haven’t had any issues so far and it’s been miles and miles better than other ones that I have used in the past.

I haven't had virus software installed on a Mac in years but the Best Buy techs talked me into it when I recently bought a new iMac. I'm glad I did it, as it has already detected a couple of iffy websites.

I have the three computer bundle. This is competitively priced when compared to other antivirus companies. According to the PC Magazine review that I found on the web, it had a perfect score in their malware protection test, and a very good antiphishing score. Ransomware protection is included. Webroot is light on system resources. Fast scan, tiny size, only 4 mb installation. Most of the intelligence resides in the cloud. This is an unusual system that has the ability to react instantly to new threats. This means you do not have to worry about updates, as Webroot constantly updates itself, whenever your computer is on. I can give this product a good recommendation.

This is a needed product in the world we live in today. Was easy to setup and use to scan all files I moved over. I feel safe knowing I am protected.

I only trust Webroot, with the security of our computers. Other brands have slowed down my computers. I have been a fan of webroot for years.

Webroot Internet Security is exactly that, security that in this day and age you need. Best Buy will always direct you to purchase what is best for you.

Have tried various internet security software and I like Webroot. It is easy to run scans and fix problems. It is not confusing to use as others are. I like this better than any other brand.

I bought Webroot and Geek Squad Support. Geek Squad set it up and were fantastic! I am due to take the computer in for scheduled maintenance. No issues with the system since purchase. Great!

Is product totally pleased with just make sure you're lie after if you don't want it to cancel or they will charge you for another year

Since joining the Geek Squad a couple of years ago I have been using this program as my security for my HP computer. No problems to date.

Not much of a computer person here. This will protect us from external problems. Guess a smart TV is like a computer and needs protection. Our sales person recommended it, we have dealt with him for years and trust him.

This is a great product keeps viruses from my computer and is amazing and you get it for a year can’t even argue with that I really do recommend you get this send you a lot of trouble for your computer

Seems ok . Used my Best Buy tech membership and purchase as bundle . Got home seemed they installed correctly few weeks later keep getting alerts that the process was not finished installing . So not sure if the product and Best Buy tech just can’t handle volume of customers trying to use the tech service . Either way do not purchase the membership and software together. Waste of money . Just purchase and research the product individually to make sure it provides what you need

Some of the security programs that we've used in the past have been intrusive and seem to sometimes slow things down. I can't even tell that this one is there, it runs invisibly. No issues so far.

We replaced Norton 365 with Webroot and so far have no problems. WEBROOT SECURE ANYWHERE is part of our Geek Squad annual subscription whereas Norton 365 was around $120 a year. The savings go a long way towards covering our Geek Squad subscription cost, which is nice. But our real interest is not saving money so much as avoiding having our systems locked up, ransom demanded, and/or data stolen. By accounts of security professionals that we've read WEBROOT does as good a job as any of the consumer protection companies, including Norton.

Having this internet security and antivirus software really gives me peace of mind. The Geek Squad installed it on my computer very quickly. I definitely feel it was worth the money to protect my PC.
