I bought Webroot when I had a solid state computer drive installed after my disk drive died. I like Webroot. The Geek Squad installed it for me, and it works fine.

Geek Squad service/contract worth every penny. My computer was hacked a couple weeks ago and the hackers "fixed" it for me saying I could get their "services" for $199.99. I told them I had just gotten back from Geek Squad and their response was, "Geek Squad" can't fix this. Well, yes they can - I took my laptop to Geek Squad, they assured me these were hackers - they knew exactly what had happened - and told me not to send any money (which I didn't). Was harassed by hackers by phone (home and cell) every day for over two weeks. They don't call as often now. My greatest fear is they will hack me again, but now I know exactly what to do if it happens again thanks to Geek Squad.

I don't have anything negative to say, so when it comes to internet security, that is saying a LOT. It seems to run seamlessly in the background and I don't notice it. That is wonderful.

This is worth it and would recommend buying for your computer. I would suggest if I can do the installation on our own just in case I needed to reset my computer and there is no best buy nearby.

I'm very confident with Webroot and comfortable knowing my laptop is protected. I've been using this product for years. Great purchase.

Webroot IS has been easy to use and the warnings for security issues are easily observed. The time needed to run the security program is a lot faster than previous provider.

I got Webroot as part of the purchase of my MacBook Pro. It's there, I don't have any problems. On my old MacBook Pro I had a couple of virus problems. Yes, you can get virus on Mac.
