So far so great. I have not had any problems using this it was installed by the Best Buy Geek Squad staff and it functions just fine. I have not been alerted to any problems with my computer since I got it.

We have used webroot as r commended by a Best Buy and it does a great job screening out potentially dangerous files. We have had no issues with it functioning and highly recommend.

I personally run Bitdefender, but this came with my Best Buy protection annual plan. I gave it to my daughter to put on her laptop and she really hasn't said much about it.

Use thils and it works. feel the protection that is provided works and is excellent.

I just renewed my subscription with Webroot. Its been great for my devices. Easy set up. Easy to use.

I used to use Kaspersky, but then they got hit with all of the controversy, so I switched to Webroot. Webroot is a highly, and universally recommended antivirus program that I use in conjunction with Malwarebytes. I was informed by Geeksquad techs that Malwarebytes and Webroot "play nice" together, unlike Kaspersky which doesn't like Malwarebytes. I believe that having Webroot with Malwarebytes adds an additional layer of protection, making me less vulnerable to all of the evil bad nasties lurking in the realm of cyberspace. I would definitely recommend Webroot.

came with the geek squad protection package. it saved my old mac from a very bad virus. i wouldn't run my new computer or any mac without it anymore. very good piece of mind.
