I've had Webroots on my PC since I purchased it 3 years ago. This was an install after a cleanup of the PC by Geek Squad. Quite satisfied with its protection.

I use geek squad for all my needs. They are super helpful, reliable and dependable. My webroot is always up and running, giving me peace of mind that I am safe.

I have had this for just over 30 days, so far I have not had any issues, came with my new laptop, and recommended by bb, and come on, I trust those guys!

I always get web root. I have never had any problems and always get notices when something is not right. If a web sight is not safe they notify you at once.

You can't be 100% sure that its better, but I like the fact that it is jumping in and blocking me from getting near the sites it deems as bad! The old system allowed me to go to the bad site and then said it had protected me from what might or might not have been there! This system says NOPE YOU AIN"T GOING THERE AND THATS FINAL!! I like the new way better because being old and the computer being slower questioning whether I want to go there and allowing me to go if my knowledge (computer wise) should have said no but I said yes either by mistake or stupidity!
