We opted to include this protection software when we purchased a new desktop for home use. No problems and meets or exceeds expectations.

The Security Virus protection is new for me, but it's working & it does not slow down my computer.

I got this to replace Kaspersky, which I had lost trust in. It is a big step up from that platform. It is easy to live with. No hocus pocus.

I used another internet security in the past and had problems with them. I have had no problems with the Webroot Intersect Security.

I always use Webroot. Never had any issues. Was installed at time of purchase with my new laptop.

I have not had any viruses since this virus protection was installed. It was included if you buy the Geek Squad Service.

It has worked real good for me so far i been using it on different computers for the past year and i did not have any problems.

The only issue I have has to do with the fact that it's over protective. It sometimes blocks websites for the school that I attend and it prevents me from being able to access those sites. Usually there would be a link to push to continue on against its recommendation but this system does not allow this. So I have to access these site via my smart phone which can be a pain. I prefer this product over similar products on the market, including McAfee.

This security program came highly recommended with the computer I purchased. Have been using the computer with it and have mo problems.

I have used Webroot for years and have never had a problem. I follow the Webroot alerts at websites and get out of any suspicious sites.

Have had no issues on my computer while using this product - highly recommend
