I was pleased with the deal when buying a computer. One big concern. It may be great but when I installed it I received a notice on my computer, supposedly from Webroot, with a phone number to get assistance. They indicated that they are able to assist with the failure to install. They stated it may be the other virus protection that was already installed. It all looked legit but turned out to be a scam. I could not access my computer as it was locked. $200 later at Geek Squad the computer has been reset. Be aware there are scammers targeting Webroot. So upset!

I purchased this software when I bought my computer for college and it has been great. I have had no problems so far.

What’s not to like with protection like this. Be safe and install, never got without.
