These days you have to have security for everything

not really an expert on antivirus but seems to work

No virus yet. Had to make sure I canceled old subscription. Was a bit confused why I had to buy new one as the old one auto renewed. I guess I did not ask that question when I bought with our new computer

Good security product. Better than McAfee. Love it.

The reason I didn't give this 5 stars was I already purchased Webroot from Best Buy with 5-6 months left on the subscription I had, and it seems I lost out because Best Buy wouldn't just extend my Webroot for 1 1/2 years. I don't really think that's fair.

Not sure about webroot, its fine if you don't have an anti-virus. But very recently, 10-20-20 or so, I took my cpu into the geek squad in battle creek, they removed Norton from my computer telling me that it was slowing my cpu down. They instead replaced it with webroot. Once I got my cpu home and started using the internet, my computer was lagging like crazy more so my wepage loading. So I took webroot off and put norton back on, well my cpu is running much better than with webroot. I'm not so sure the lady knew exactly what she was saying when she told me this was better?

It came as a perk to the total support membership I purchased when my laptop needed repair. I’ve had problems with the program as it does not protect against all types of invasive programs, even though it is supposed to.

When the summary of the scans are completed, the readout advises you of possible threats & that's it. If you're not tech savvy yourself, you're made aware of possible threats but have no idea what to do about them.

I didn't download this as it was a free add on, so I can't really give it 5 stars. I've been using ESET for years, and would not trust another product as much.

This is the first time I have ever used this product, and although I guess it works alright, I have decided to go back to Norton Internet Security. I guess I just like it better than this product because I think Norton does more.

Again I have no idea what the product does I think it was included in something else I purchased with my computer and doesn't seem to give me any problems

Webroot installed, but I keep getting alerts for McAfee which is bothersome. If you choose to get the Geek Squad version of Anti-Virus, you ought to be able to have the manufacturer installed software disabled and not prompt you

I honestly haven't used this yet. I purchased it yesterday as part of my TTS, but I have friends that have used it and gave me an awesome review of the product. It's a great add on to have 10 devices included.
