Garbage. Does not allow me to download, cannot be cancelled and auto-charged for something I do not use.

Not clear if it's good seems better than the older ones. I have 6 year laptop . Freezes and stop my I need to purchase a new laptop. Terrible laptop don't last longer than 10 years

Not sure this is entirely necessary to have as my basic cable company offers laptop protection. It was free so I was willing to try it.

Am now with malware I cannot get rid of! Am uncertain about downloading anything with which I am not familiar because of exactly this. (I had virus/malware protection on my computer already before knowing of this software.) Sham?

this software is good, but is always in the background runnkng and slowing everything down. Does keep me safe. Way to expensive to renew. Cheaper to go with Norton for $70 for 3 devices versus their expensive price tag.

This came with something I purchased, but never ended up using it. Then, it renewed automatically after it kept kicking me out when I tried to cancel it. Best Buy refunded me, no problem, though.

I am not very impressed with it in the sense that it does not always work properly. I have reinstalled the app several times. It freezes quite often and the cache doesn’t always clear even through it says it did.

I am not understanding how Webroot works as I have always used another secure product form my computer. I am working to understand it better so that I keep my computer secure.

Theres free that does better. This comes free to when you get total tech support. But i still wouldnt use. Mbam, windows defender and more theres better options all free.

Three stars cus other reviews say it's great but honestly i have not yet trird it. I currently have norton 365 installed and was told not to run the two together.

This was installed with my regular service by Geek Squad. I appreciate the extra protection, but I'm not sure that it doesn't duplicate what I already get from my Norton subscripton.

We went along with the saleman's recommendations, but as it turns out our tech from home had us covered for what this product offers, so we spent $$ here when we did not have too. Be careful and ask questions first.

Best Buy put this on my new laptop when setting up for me. What I DO NOT LIKE IS ALL THE POP UPS IN THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER OF ADVERTISING. We were NOT told of this possibility or i would have chosen a different one

Excellent product. Unfortunately, I lost the use of this product when the computer died, and was unable to transfer it to the replacement computer, which costs me money.

cant say one way or the other as I never downloaded or used it. I had just purchased a year of my current antivirus software the month before.

It works for the most part, but I know there are better anti-virus programs out there. I'd prefer something else, but this was what was offered when I bought the computer, so I'll take it for the year.

There is conflict between the windows security so you need to decide how do use each application as necessary On a daily basis. Not all antivirus malware programs etc. catch everything.

Even that generally speaking Macs don’t require too much extra protection to be reliable against viruses, spyware, etc It was offered to me because it could be installed in up to 3 devices including androids or Microsoft ones. So I noticed that the program goes beyond scanning for threads but for duplicates and waste which is good to maintain the device running smoothly. Paradoxically the program itself is too heavy which made one of my oldest laptops to start acting up.

It was basically free with a laptop that I had bought for my wife so can't complain. When it runs out will put Eset on it however since they have always done a great job of a virus protection program.
