Even that generally speaking Macs don’t require too much extra protection to be reliable against viruses, spyware, etc It was offered to me because it could be installed in up to 3 devices including androids or Microsoft ones. So I noticed that the program goes beyond scanning for threads but for duplicates and waste which is good to maintain the device running smoothly. Paradoxically the program itself is too heavy which made one of my oldest laptops to start acting up.

This came with the service agreement and the hard drive setup. I am still trying to determine if this is what is slowing down my computer. It now starts up in a much longer time with a new hard drive.

This was purchased for my husband to watch FOOTBALL... I guess it's working O.K., my upset was with the charges for delivery, and set up. Did not quite understand this when I signed up.. VERY Unhappy.

Not sure if I like this product or not. I had McAfee prior and never had an issue. Was on the internet and it froze me up and it was a new spam attachment. I had to call Geek Squad to help me fix it

Never needed. I never used it. I was talked into pretty hard though , of course. They made it seem like I couldn't even get what I wanted without this.

I didn’t really feel the need for purchasing this but it’s was included for a year with my membership. Most likely will not renew it in a year bc it uses battery and takes up space on my computer.

We won't use this, it's a waste to bundle this in tv package. Internet provider already has protection in the router. Maybe a good product but we don't need it

Came free with a laptop purchase. Kind of annoying how bestbuy would constantly hound me to install it whenever i logged into the website.

I already purchased webroot for my old computer and when I got a new computer with webroot already installed, manufacturer would not reimburse me for the months I already paid and will not use

I'm hoping its actually working. With iObit products, I saw results of quarantined and removed items. But not with Webroot. It hasn't found a single item.

I didn't install this program to my computer because I already have Norton Antivirus protection that is included with my Comcast account so I can't give it any kind of review at this time.

I can't really rate this as I already have antivirus software and have no need for this. It came as part of the package I purchased and I am ignoring it.

Cannot install? Able to call it up as purchased, have Key Code, still wont work

Reviewed features and overall "hassle" vs. Protection compared to other products and no major advantage and decided NOT to install

Free with total tech, never used as have other antivirus software and Apple based, but appreciate the included services with TT

So far, no viruses, but I'm not sure its because of this product. The verdict is out, I need more time using the product without getting a virtus, so I can't recommend yet. It's too early.

Got this because the laptop we bought had a software malfunction..even though it was pass a little over a month. Good for best buy to still offer extended warranty for geek squad..

Another misleading program! It can not protect your devices 100% ! These techs need to be trained completely before selling their products!

I was unable to utilize this program for the 2 chrome books that I had purchased for my granddaughter and grandson. Not a choice for chrome books.
