Doesn't seem to do anymore than the micro soft program that comes with windows 10 or 11. Doubt if we will buy it again.

Got this because the laptop we bought had a software malfunction..even though it was pass a little over a month. Good for best buy to still offer extended warranty for geek squad..

Great item to have. Glad that I can use it to protect several of my devices. It is free at first. Eventually you will need to pay for a subscription.

When it is finished scanning it does not always indicate everything and it does not correct it many times it will only report It continues to say 7 Threats Removed but does not report which ones and does not reset to zero threats. It is like the boy that cried wolf! We don,t know which threats need or are removed Perhaps the Kaspersky System was better as long as since they are Russian that they do not spy on or harm our data bases.

I didn’t even know this was installed on my lap top. No one explained it to me. Tech that Installed was in a big hurry.

I haven’t installed it yet. I already have Att internet security and I scared to install this. I only purchased it to get the discount for the 2nd tv mount and speaker installation.

Felt the setup was too complicated compared to other security programs. Should just install and have it monitor and scan, not have to add extra software to get all the features.

Not sure it's worth buying. I got it for free with my Geek squad membership, and uninstalled it not too long after having it on a computer.

actually did not install as we already pay for anti-virus so don't know how well this product works, came with geek squad work

I can't believe I was forced to take it even though I told them I had coverage through my Optimum and didn't need it. So I was stuck paying for something I didn't want or need.

this produce was "free" with a Best Buy Total Tech membership. I already have internet security in place so no added value to me.

I honestly DO NOT recommend this service to anyone. The experience I had it was just a salesperson trying to push and force you to buy a service that won't fit your needs. I only purchased this service because I needed repair for my computer, but only after I had paid already, when I was reading the receipt, I noticed I was fooled. The salesperson allegedly told me it was a bundle and I must also pay for "Internet Protection, AntiVirus", but as I noticed later, that was optional so I was lied to. At the end of the attempt of repairing my computer, I was asked to pay for the parts necessary for the computer, but because I opted for not continuing, since the price for the parts were almost the same I paid for the computer, It wouldn't be worth it. I asked for a diagnostic of the computer, including the parts that were damaged, and nobody was able to tell me what was wrong with the computer. They knew exactly what to charge me to replace the parts and the price for it but when I asked for it so I could buy it myself they simply told me they couldn't find that information on their report. I wasted $200 for a service that was as helpless as my broken computer. Save yourself the trouble.

it is an okay product with its perks from geek sqad and best buy it does shave it customer satisfaction but I am still experiencing many virus like problems with my computer

Good protection for my computer for a fair price. Very please that it automaticly renews every year and I need to worry about it

I have used Webroot for a number of years since Geek Squad told me to. Who can tell if it works as it should or better than Norton. I do not think I've had any problems with it.

Thought it was a ok anti virus , it couldn’t keep pop ups from showing up. Had to go get a cleaning by the geek squad, they did a good job, now I’m clean and runin good

LOOKS CHEAP BUT I GUESS SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING -- YOU GTE IT FREE WITH TOTAL TECH SUPPORT -- AND IT COVER 3 DEVICES SO THAT COOL - I USE NORTON FOR MY DEVICES

This was fine, but I honestly didn't see a need for it. I felt that Windows Defender was sufficient for my needs.
