Was a little disappointed with webroot security and antivirus. Within a few months after use, my pc got a virus. Expected better, I guess.

Never used it. I run Windows Defender as my base security enhanced with Bitdefender for the heavy lifting.

It’s basically free antivirus software they give you when you but tech support for a year. It works well enough but I haven’t put it through anything difficult.

I guess if you were to actually get attacked by the internet it would work? I found no difference than before I had this "protection".

I bought this thinking it would help with malware. I was told to not lp put it on my macbook. It is not a strong product either.

I'm not particularly impressed by this package. There are others that are better. It was "free" when we bought the Tech membership.

Not too knowledgeable about this product actually prefer Avast. Still as long as it is free and protects me from viruses I’ll use it.

We purchased this product when we purchased a new Mac computer. We have had macs in the past but recently had an issue with our original one and wanted to be on the safe side with antivirus. This has been a headache from the very beginning. Once we set up the new computer I had to call the Geek Squad and allow them access to our computer to install this software. I am unsure why that was necessary. I am more than capable of installing software, It took hours to install and worked for about a month and uninstalled. I had to call Geek Squad again and allow them access again. It AGAIN took hours to install and twice the person I was speaking to via chat left the conversation without any notice. This installation was unsuccessful. I still to do not have antivirus on my Mac - which I probably don't even need!

I do not know this product - Webroot Internet Security + Antivirus because I have always used Avast Antivirus.

It's probably an okay security system but totally unnecessary when you have a great system already. In my case, Norton 360+ which could actually be compromised if you download another security software system, including McAfee (Webroot). Use it if you don't already have a solid security system in place but don't get rid of an already good system in order to download this one.

This was a free promotion, I wouldn't have bought it. My MacBook does not need anti-virus software. I can't give it away.

Webroot is not that bad to using, but I don't like it cause it only last for a year, other than that I have no problem using.

Some like it some don't so I downloaded it. I would say that It does no harm to have an additional protection as Verizon does with there Safety scanner.

It active or running when the maching was returned to me. I still haven't gone in and started the service.

I was glad to renew this when I was in the store for other business; however, for days now I've been getting a notice on line to renew my Webroot. It appears that my paid renewal has not been matched to whatever system is necessary to stop the annoying messages every time I open up my laptop. I would be five-star completely satisfied if this were not happening at an annoying rate.

This is great for my laptop but I was told I could also put it on my granddaughters iPad as a web browser protector and it won’t accept my information.

Reap off! Too much money. I would subscribe to McAfee and get automatic renewal for a small fee.

This product was charged to my account without my knowledge as part of upselling a purchase I made. I had tried it a few years ago when I purchased a laptop, but I already have a program that I had signed up for to protect my internet security that has provided excellent anti-virus protection. I cancelled this product since it's not compatible with the one I had purchased already.
