I was glad to renew this when I was in the store for other business; however, for days now I've been getting a notice on line to renew my Webroot. It appears that my paid renewal has not been matched to whatever system is necessary to stop the annoying messages every time I open up my laptop. I would be five-star completely satisfied if this were not happening at an annoying rate.

I used this internet security and antivirus on a pc I purchased. It has been helpful to remove unwanted software and helps keeps my pc running fast.

It active or running when the maching was returned to me. I still haven't gone in and started the service.

This product was charged to my account without my knowledge as part of upselling a purchase I made. I had tried it a few years ago when I purchased a laptop, but I already have a program that I had signed up for to protect my internet security that has provided excellent anti-virus protection. I cancelled this product since it's not compatible with the one I had purchased already.

I only gave it 3 stars because it really hasn't done anything yet. I have no viruses or anything so until it finds something I guess it's working

Reap off! Too much money. I would subscribe to McAfee and get automatic renewal for a small fee.

It seems to do the job. Haven't had any issues. The sales staff were very helpful in explaining differences in this vs. other similar products.

I’ve had Kaspersky for the last several years and it did a much better job on web security than this product.

I have always been a Norton person. This is new to me and time will tell if I like it. Everyone needs their computer protected. I hope this works.

I got this because my computer contracted a virus for some reason. It cleared the original virus out and after a few months even with its protection and cleaning everyday it contracted another virus and I was rarely even using the internet and mostly on school websites other than that it was google. Why pay money if it’s not going to hold up it’s end of the bargain. I recommend you try something else.

I got this free with a product I bought. Really not useful for me. Plus, there are better alternatives that I’d rather use.

I'm not understanding what it is but I have it, salesperson didn't really explain its included in the package

I recently had a major malware attach. So it is questionable how well WebRoot works. But I am not sure what would be better!

Came pre installed on my laptop. A notice pops up on the home screen after bootup. Not sure how good it is yet, but assume it does it's job.

Haven't installed this Webroot Internet Security because we have security provided with our internet service.

So far this product has allowed my daughter to download another virus so I will have to have the geek squad advise

This product is good but if the laptop update this need to wait for their company to update to equal the same level it has.
